If you do not agree to these terms, you MUST cease using Luupio immediately.
Luupio enables users to view publicly accessible YouTube videos via their URLs, select segments of these videos, and replay those segments.
Luupio does NOT host, store, or modify any video content. It simply allows playback of content already publicly available on YouTube via Youtube's IFrame player.
You are SOLELY responsible for the URLs you provide to, and for your use of Luupio.
You MUST ONLY use Luupio in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, including copyright laws and YouTube’s Terms of Service.
You MUST NOT use Luupio to download, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise exploit copyrighted content.
All video content accessed through Luupio remains the property of its respective copyright holders. Luupio does not bypass or interfere with any copyright protections implemented by YouTube. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of Luupio does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
Luupio is provided as is. Luupio and its developers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You use Luupio at your own risk. Luupio and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use Luupio.
Luupio and its developers are not responsible for any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the URLs you input, the content you access, or your manner of using Luupio.
Under no circumstances shall Luupio and its developers be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your use, misuse, or unauthorized use of the app.
You agree that Luupio, its code, and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of its developer.
This exclusivity applies solely to Luupio's own codebase and designs and does NOT extend to the YouTube Player API, YouTube API, or any third-party APIs and development frameworks integrated within Luupio, which remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
You shall not, under any circumstances, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of Luupio.
Any unauthorized attempt to do so is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luupio and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of Luupio or any violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Luupio after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
